Mario Moser and now Chef partner started his culinary career in Bakersfield California at a neighbor spot called Frugati’s. He then took a 2-year hiatus to work in the construction field. He and his now wife, moved to San Diego to study at the San Diego Culinary Institute. Fresh out of culinary school, he joined Chef Jason Knibb of 910 in the Gran Colonial Hotel in La Jolla California. He then moved into his first Chef role at a locals favorite, The Flying Pig Pub & Kitchen in Oceanside California.
While his time as Chef at the Flying Pig, he was awarded a Silver Fork Award from San Diego Home and Gardens magazine and Best New Gastro Pub from San Diego Magazine. He continues his culinary excellence as the Chef partner here at Town Hall Public House Vista.
Owner/ Operators Aaron & Roddy Browning moved to San Diego after working in restaurants in Tucson Arizona. Arron has the full gamut in her 30 years of experience, from mom and pop to fine dining under James Boyce at Studio restaurant at Montage Laguna. Roddy too has had nearly 30 years of experience, from being a professional Sommelier to cooking. They bring a combined 60 years of restaurant experience to Town Hall Public House.
